While I have a career in big tech, I have very fundamental knowledge when it comes to programming and coding. It was just recently that I learned the differences between object oriented programming. When my girls attended an hour of code, I was really interested on what platform they would be teaching the students in because I know formally what platforms the developers on my team used.
We are looking for a Summer Camp Leader/Instructor to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds. We will all be working toward a common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children ages 5-14 while they attend our scheduled summer camps. Camps include Becoming a YouTuber, Lego Robotics, Python Engineers, 3-D Printing, Stop Motion Animation, Roblox Developer, Minecraft coding, Minecraft Mods, and many more! We offer technology/computer science related activities as well as other hands on STEM activities, and brain breaks each day . This individual will oversee and lead the camp classes we offer each week. They set up fun activities and games, they provide classroom style instructions and oversee classroom structure, they assist with lessons and curriculm by learning the step by step/day by day guides. Person must be comfortable and confident in speaking in front of camp group, creating a fun and positive camp culture, and redirecting children when needed.

Singh said some of his colleagues have enrolled their kids, along with parents looking for in-person STEM camps. Singh and Bala have continued to implement COVID-19 precautions, including having staff and students wear masks inside.
After all, our motivations for learning how to code generally persist across age groups and demographics. Curiosity could drive people into programming. Or perhaps aspiring coders like problem-solving, and want to shift into a career that lets them do so all day, every day. Or maybe they just want a new hobby, and coding seemed interesting enough.
